About the Role:
BestStart Dilworth Ave is on the lookout for an enthusiastic Centre Manager to join our team. With an 82-license capacity, and amazing ratios of 1-3 for under two's and 1-6 for over two's, this role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a fantastic centre.
Our center prioritizes learning and professionalism, offering various extracurricular activities such as Jumping Beans and Rugby Tots. Additional facilities like a library and gym upstairs enhance our learning environment.
We strongly believe in fostering reciprocal relationships between our children and the community, ensuring a supportive atmosphere for every child to thrive.
We're seeking a candidate with 2-3 years of Centre Manager experience, a passion for driving a robust curriculum, and a strong understanding of compliance. This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week Monday-Friday.
