About the role

We’re looking for an organised, approachable, and friendly Centre Administrator to join our welcoming team at BestStart Coronation Road. This is a key role that ensures our centre runs smoothly, allowing us to provide the very best care and education for our tamariki, while meeting our Ministry of Education requirements.

No two days will be the same! In this role you’ll:

  • Provide outstanding customer service for our families and whānau
  • Support families with enquiries, enrolments, and bookings
  • Manage parent accounts, direct debits, and payments with accuracy
  • Meet daily, weekly, and termly reporting deadlines
  • Use your IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) to keep systems running smoothly 
  • Occasionally support the team on the floor with tamariki when needed

You won’t be on your own – our National Admin Support Team provides ongoing helpdesk support, and you’ll receive comprehensive training, including everything you need to know about Ministry of Education requirements. 

This is a permanent role working 20 hours per week Monday - Friday
