ECE Caregiver (BestStart Wooing Tree)

What you’ll do:
- Bring learning to life through play, curiosity, cuddles, and connection
- Support each child’s wellbeing, learning, and sense of belonging
- Build strong, trusting relationships with tamariki, parents, and whānau
- Confidently follow centre routines and incorporate Te Reo Māori and Tikanga Māori into everyday practice
- Contribute positively to a collaborative, supportive team culture

About the role:
This permanent, full-time role (40 hours per week, Monday–Friday) offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on the lives of young children. You’ll work closely with our Centre Manager and a dedicated team of teachers, helping tamariki develop a love of learning, creativity, and exploration.
Role requirements:
- A natural affinity with children, especially infants and toddlers
- Experience working with children under five
- High initiative and ability to take direction from others
- An ECE qualification is not required
