About the Role:
As a Caregiver, you’ll make a real difference in the lives of young children, providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment. You’ll work closely with our Centre Manager and teaching team to deliver high-quality care and education, supporting tamariki’s creativity, exploration, and love for learning.
Your Day-to-Day:
- Provide exceptional care and education for tamariki
- Champion teamwork and engage in activities that extend children’s learning
- Participate in centre activities across all classrooms and cover staff breaks when needed
- Support centre operations at all levels
What We’re Looking For:
- A natural affinity with children, especially infants and toddlers
- Experience working with children under five
- High initiative and the ability to take direction from others
- ECE qualification not required
Permanent, full-time role: 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday
