ECE Caregiver (BestStart Te Aroha)
At BestStart Te Aroha, we believe every child deserves a caring, supportive environment where they can learn, grow, and thrive. We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Caregiver or Teacher in Training to join our mixed-age learning environment, supporting tamariki aged 2–5 years.
Whether you're just starting your early childhood journey, currently studying towards your ECE qualification, or have some experience in the sector, we'd love to hear from you. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a genuine passion for working with children.
As part of our supportive team, you'll help create engaging learning experiences, build meaningful relationships with children and whānau, and contribute to a warm and welcoming centre culture.
This is a permanent position working between 32–40 hours per week.
