ECE Caregiver (BestStart Motutaiko Street)
BestStart Motutaiko Street is looking for a passionate and caring Caregiver to join our vibrant team. We are dedicated to providing high-quality early childhood education and fostering a strong sense of belonging for the tamariki in our community.

About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic caregiver to join our preschool team in a permanent position (35 hours per week, Monday–Friday)
You will:
- Provide nurturing care and engaging learning experiences
- Build strong relationships with tamariki, whānau, and your team
- Support daily centre operations across rooms
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working with children under five (no formal qualification required)
- A genuine passion for early childhood education
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Confidence to follow direction and use initiative
