BestStart Judea is looking for a passionate Caregiver to join our energetic, long‑standing team. This role is based in our Toddler classroom, where we prioritise social competence, oral language, and strong relationships. Experience working with tamariki is essential.

About the Role
As a Caregiver, you’ll help create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where tamariki can explore, learn, and grow. You’ll work closely with a supportive team and Centre Manager.
You will:
- Provide high‑quality care and learning experiences
- Support and extend children’s play
- Contribute to a positive team culture
- Assist across classrooms and with daily centre operations
This is a permanent, full‑time role (40 hours, Monday–Friday).

- Experience with infants and toddlers
- A natural affinity for young children

- No ECE qualification required
