About the Role:
BestStart Hillcrest is seeking a passionate individual to join us as an ECE Caregiver in our mixed license centre. We are looking for someone with a love for working with children. Our well-established team provides strong mentoring and support for professional growth.
All children have access to a beautiful outside play area where they can continue to explore, run, jump and engage with their friends. Our large spaces allow our children to use nature in their play such as picking flowers, vegetables and leaves.
If you have a genuine enthusiasm for early childhood care and education, consider joining us for a fulfilling role in our nurturing setting. This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week Monday-Friday.
Role requirements:
Commit to making a difference in the lives of young learners with a team dedicated to excellence. An ECE qualification is not required for this role, but a natural affinity with children – especially infants and toddlers, and experience working with children under five is a must. You’ll also have a high level of initiative and an ability to take direction from others.
