About the Role
As a Caregiver, you’ll play a vital role in creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for our youngest learners. You’ll work closely with our Centre Manager and a dedicated team of teachers who are passionate about providing high‑quality care and education.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Providing exceptional care and meaningful learning experiences for tamariki
- Supporting a positive team culture and engaging in activities that extend children’s learning
- Participating across all classrooms and helping cover staff breaks
- Supporting centre operations as needed
This is a permanent, full-time role (40 hours per week, Monday–Friday) on a rotating roster.
What We’re Looking For
You’ll bring a natural affinity for children, especially infants and toddlers, and experience working with children under five. An ECE qualification is not required, but warmth, compassion, initiative, and the ability to work collaboratively are essential.
