BestStart Hanley’s Farm is looking for a caring, energetic Caregiver to join our close-knit team. Our centre is grounded in the belief that every child deserves high‑quality education, nurturing relationships, and a place where they truly belong.

Nestled at the foot of the Remarkables (Kawarau) Mountains, our centre draws inspiration from the whakataukī: Whaia te iti kahurangi ki te tūohu koe me he maunga teiteiSeek the treasure you value most dearly; if you bow your head, let it be to a lofty mountain. These mountains symbolise our strength, our sense of place, and our commitment to helping tamariki rise to their full potential.

Our diverse team brings together many cultures, perspectives, and experiences. This richness shapes an inclusive environment where children, families, and Kaiako feel seen, valued, and supported. We welcome children aged 3 months to 5 years and take pride in offering a nurturing, inspiring space where curiosity thrives and learning comes alive.

At the heart of our centre is our purpose-built kitchen, where our talented cook prepares wholesome, nourishing meals each day. Food is more than fuel here, it’s part of our care, our wellbeing, and our commitment to helping tamariki grow strong in body and mind.
