ECE Caregiver (BestStart Glenfield)

At BestStart Glenfield, we're looking for a caring, energetic, and passionate Caregiver to join our welcoming team in our over 3's. What you'll be doing
As a Caregiver, you'll play an important role in creating a warm, safe, and engaging environment for our tamariki by:
- Building positive relationships with children, whānau, and colleagues
- Supporting children's learning through play, exploration, and everyday experiences
- Helping create a nurturing environment where every child feels valued and supported
- Working collaboratively across all age groups and classrooms
- Supporting centre operations and providing classroom cover when needed
- Contributing to a positive team culture and bringing enthusiasm to each day
This is a permanent, full-time position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

About You
You don't need an ECE qualification for this role, but you do need a genuine passion for working with young children and helping them thrive.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience working with children under five years old
- Has a natural affinity with infants, toddlers, and young children
- Is proactive, reliable, and willing to learn
- Enjoys working as part of a team
- Brings a positive, caring, and flexible approach to their work
