About the Role
We’re looking for a warm, caring, and enthusiastic Caregiver to join our dedicated team. In this role, you’ll have the chance to make a meaningful impact every day—providing a nurturing environment where children feel safe, supported, and inspired to explore and learn.
As part of our close-knit team, you’ll work alongside passionate teachers to provide quality care and education, while building strong, respectful relationships with tamariki, whānau, and your colleagues.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide amazing care and education that supports children’s growth and development
- Champion team spirit and engage in activities that empower tamariki’s learning
- Contribute to centre priorities and planning, participating fully in team meetings and activities
- Support centre operations, including covering staff breaks across classrooms
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience working in an ECE setting (qualification not required)
- A natural affinity with children, especially under-fives
- Calm, adaptable, and team-focused, with a great sense of humour
- Willingness to learn and contribute to planning and assessment
