ECE Caregiver (BestStart Ferry Road)
Due to growing occupancy, BestStart Ferry Road is seeking a passionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our energetic, close-knit team.

About the role
This permanent position is 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 10:00am–2:30pm. You’ll work primarily with children aged 2–5 years, while supporting across our 0–5-year-old rooms.
You’ll provide quality care and education, encourage learning through play, support centre activities, and help create a safe, inclusive environment where tamariki can thrive.
About you
You’ll bring:
- Experience working with children under five.
- A natural affinity with children, especially infants and toddlers.
- Initiative, reliability, and the ability to take direction.
- A positive, collaborative approach.
An ECE qualification is not required, but a genuine commitment to making a difference is essential.
