ECE Caregiver (BestStart Dilworth Ave)
About the Role:
We are looking for an amazing teacher for our Toddlers room!
Our room has an exciting weekly sensory classes that ignite children's senses and sparks curiosity. Our committed team of teachers is at the heart of it all, fostering learning through observation, exploration, and explanation. Here’s what you’ll do on a day-to day basis:
· Provide amazing care and education to our tamariki
· Champion the team spirit and engage in activities that empower and extend tamariki’s learning
· Fully participate in centre activities across all classrooms and cover staff breaks where necessary
· Support centre operations at all levels
This is a permanent position working 30-40 hours per week Monday-Friday
Role requirements:
Commit to making a difference in the lives of young learners with a team dedicated to excellence. An ECE qualification is not required for this role, but a natural affinity with children – especially infants and toddlers, and experience working with children under five is a must. You’ll also have a high level of initiative and an ability to take direction from others.
