About the Role:
Are you passionate about working with children aged 2-5 years old? BestStart Beach Haven is thrilled to announce an opportunity for a caring and dedicated caregiver to join our team. As we continue to grow our occupancy and prepare to open our 5th room in our purpose-built center in Beach Haven, we are expanding our teaching team.

Join our team to expand your early childhood education knowledge and lead enriching learning experiences. In our new, purpose-built center, you'll have the ideal environment to positively impact young learners' lives.

Here’s what you’ll do on a day-to day basis:
· Provide amazing care and education to our tamariki
· Champion the team spirit and engage in activities that empower and extend tamariki’s learning
· Fully participate in centre activities across all classrooms and cover staff breaks where necessary
· Support centre operations at all levels
This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week Monday-Friday
Role requirements:
Commit to making a difference in the lives of young learners with a team dedicated to excellence. An ECE qualification is not required for this role, but a natural affinity with children – especially infants and toddlers, and experience working with children under five is a must. You’ll also have a high level of initiative and an ability to take direction from others.
