Driver C2 or Class 1 Full Permanent Full Time
Bidfood Tauranga is looking for a Class 2 driver and/or a Class 1 Full Driver
For a class 2 driver this position would suit a person who has previous driving experience and is looking to advance their career.
For a Class 1 full driver this position would suit a person wanting to get into the transport industry, however the successful applicant must have experience with a manual gear box:
- For a class 1 driver the career path is to start out as a drivers assistant.
- Then buddying with a qualified driver helping to complete foodservice deliveries into cafes, restaurants fish & chip shops etc and learning the business.
- Then moving to driving & delivering from a class 1 truck and progressing to provided support to achieve a class 2 licence.
Both positions are full time with Bidfood Tauranga, Tuesday to Saturday with a rostered Monday every second week, hours are 06:00am - 3.30pm
