Broadview Lifecare is an 85-bed Care Home and Hospital with a 27-unit Village situated in a rural setting. We provide 4 services levels including psychogeriatric level of care which is a specialised service providing great learning opportunities for staff. We are located in the riverside city of Whanganui, which is an exciting place to work, live and raise a family. About this role
- Broadview Lifecare, located in Beautiful Whanganui
- Casual (as and when required, not on a regular basis)
- AM, PM and Weekend shifts
Our Domestic service assistants are responsible for providing an efficient and effective Cleaning & Laundry service for our residents at Palmerston Manor Lifecare. We only want the best for our clients, which is why we are seeking a reliable, helpful professional. Skills & Experience
- Previous cleaning experience is preferred; however, full on-job training will be provided.
- Ability to work as part of a team and also independently.
- Ability to build good rapport with others and show empathy.
- Willingness to learn and ability to pick up new systems and processes quickly.
- Understanding of Nga Paerewa sectors standards and applying the Treaty of Waitangi standards in the workplace.
