About the Role: Full-time Permanent POOL Position

This is full-time permanent POOL position. As a POOL staff member, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring continuous support by covering gaps due to annual leave and training.
You will be predominantly working wakeover shifts however from time to time you may be required to work other shifts.
This role specifically requires a Female as specified by the people we supports needs, under the Health and Disability Code of Rights and as provided for under Section 27 of the Human Rights Act 1993.

  • Practical Skills: The ability to carry out personal cares, including showering and dressing.
  • Driver Licence: A Full NZ Driver Licence is essential, as driving a MASH van will be part of your role.
  • Relevant Qualification (or commitment to obtain): A NZ Certificate in Health & Wellbeing or a commitment to working towards this qualification, which will be funded by MASH Trust.
