Direct Supply & Sales Administration (Fixed Term)
We're looking for a detail-focused and proactive Direct Supply & Sales Administrator to join Toyota New Zealand's Parts Operations team on a 14-month fixed-term basis covering parental leave.
In this role, you'll play an important part in supporting the smooth operation of Toyota's Parts Operations team. You'll help ensure the accuracy of invoicing, parts reconciliation, and system data that supports the movement of parts across our nationwide network. If you enjoy working with data, solving problems, building strong relationships, and ensuring the details are right first time, we'd love to hear from you.
What you’ll be doing:
- Prepare, validate, and process direct supply invoices, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
- Reconcile supplier invoices against parts received and resolve pricing, quantity, and invoicing discrepancies.
- Process credits, recharges, and dealer and supplier on-charging activities to maintain accurate financial records.
- Create and maintain parts and accessories data within JDE, including mastercoding and pricing updates.
- Support a range of Parts Operations activities, including shipment vouchering, reporting, and stakeholder enquiries.
What you’ll bring:
We're looking for someone who enjoys working with systems, solving problems, and collaborating with others to deliver high-quality outcomes. You'll also bring:
- Experience using JDE or a similar ERP/business system.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Well-developed communication and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- A proactive and collaborative approach to work.
