About the role:
We’re looking for an experienced Digital Performance Specialist to join our Customer Experience & Digital team in a key role focused on driving stronger digital marketing performance, optimisation, and commercial outcomes across the Skyline Group.
This is a hands-on performance marketing role with strategic influence, responsible for leading and supporting paid digital performance across Meta, Google, and emerging channels, while helping shape smarter, data-led digital marketing decisions across multiple markets and business units.
Working closely with the CXD team, regional stakeholders, and agency partners, you’ll combine campaign execution, optimisation, reporting, experimentation, and customer journey insights to continuously improve digital performance and conversion outcomes across the group.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing hands-on platform execution with strategic thinking, performance analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous optimisation.
What we’re looking for:
· 3–5 years’ experience in digital marketing, paid media, or performance-focused digital roles
· Strong hands-on experience across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid media platforms
· Proven experience developing, executing, and optimising paid digital campaigns focused on measurable commercial outcomes
· Strong analytical capability with the ability to translate performance data into actionable business insights and recommendations
· Solid understanding of attribution, tracking, GA4, reporting frameworks, and digital performance measurement
· Experience with campaign optimisation across audiences, bidding strategies, creative, landing pages, conversion performance, and channel mix
· Experience building or contributing to dashboards and digital reporting frameworks
· Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and guide digital marketing decisions across multiple teams and markets
· A naturally curious, proactive, and test-and-learn mindset with strong attention to detail
· Passion for digital marketing, emerging platforms, AI-driven tools, and evolving digital trends
Responsibilities include:
· Leading and supporting paid digital performance across Meta, Google and emerging channels
· Planning, executing, and optimising paid media campaigns to improve conversion and commercial outcomes
· Driving test-and-learn initiatives across audiences, creative, bidding strategies, landing experiences, and channel mix
· Building and evolving digital performance reporting, dashboards, and actionable insights
· Translating campaign performance into commercially relevant recommendations and optimisation opportunities
· Supporting agency relationships to ensure strong delivery and performance outcomes
· Partnering with key internal and external stakeholders to support stronger data-led digital marketing decisions
· Identifying opportunities to improve customer journey, conversion, and digital experience outcomes
· Staying across emerging platforms, technologies, and AI-driven opportunities to enhance performance across the group
