❤️ About the Opportunity:

We are on the lookout for a dynamic and strategic leader to join our Marketing and Communications team as a Digital Marketing Manager. This exciting, newly created role offers the chance to work in a collaborative environment, driving the implementation of strategic digital initiatives and projects that align with our broader goals.

In this role, you will report directly to the Head of Marketing & Communications and collaborate closely with key stakeholders. As our digital marketing expert, you will foster high levels of teamwork while enhancing digital processes.

❤️ Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic leadership: align digital initiatives with long-term goals, leveraging data-driven insights.
  • Team management: lead and develop two direct reports, providing clear guidance and support while maintaining a balanced approach to team wellbeing.
  • Digital expertise: stay ahead of digital trends, tools, and technology to identify opportunities and optimise digital solutions.
  • Stakeholder collaboration: work closely with internal and external stakeholders to implement solutions that benefit the entire organisation.
  • Digital tools and analytics: utilise tools such as Google Analytics, CMS, SEO tools, and social media management tools to measure success and guide decisions.

❤️ About You:

  • Proven experience as a people leader, managing or leading a team.
  • 5 plus years of experience in digital marketing roles.
  • Experience working within Marketing/Communication/Digital teams.
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative environment across multiple teams and functions.
  • Proven track record of driving online growth, engagement, and conversions.
  • Ability to navigate challenging conversations with ease.
  • A collaborative mindset, willing to understand the organisation, build relationships, and add value.
