About the role:

Join our team as a Digital Coordinator and be part of a collaborative, fast-paced digital team supporting the ongoing evolution of Skyline’s digital platforms across New Zealand and international markets, enhancing customer experience and driving business performance.

In this role, you’ll work closely with the Customer Experience & Digital (CXD) team and local marketing teams to support website content management, digital campaigns, and performance optimisation. You’ll play a key role in keeping our websites accurate, engaging, on-brand, and trading effectively while gaining hands-on experience across a broad range of digital areas.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the ongoing management, maintenance, and optimisation of Group and location-based websites
  • Assisting with CMS updates, content publishing, imagery updates, and basic on-page SEO
  • Uploading and maintaining blog and editorial content across multiple websites
  • Supporting the creation and sourcing of digital content and marketing assets in line with brand guidelines
  • Assisting with basic digital performance tracking, reporting, and website trading analysis
  • Supporting the setup and optimisation of paid and social activity
  • Performing regular checks for website issues such as broken links or content inconsistencies
  • Triaging incoming CXD support requests, logging and prioritising tasks, and escalating where required
  • Supporting digital initiatives, testing, and best-practice processes across the business

 The perfect candidate will have/be:

  • 1–2 years’ experience in a digital marketing, website, or content support role
  • Experience working with CMS platforms and digital content publishing processes
  • A basic understanding of digital analytics and performance reporting
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail with strong organisational skills
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset and willingness to learn
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment

 Desirable experience includes: 

  • Exposure to eCommerce or conversion-focused websites
  • Experience supporting paid or social media activity
  • Familiarity with website testing, updates, or release processes
  • Experience in tourism or attraction-based industries
