We are on the lookout for an established IT professional to join our New Plymouth based Technology Services team, as a Digital Banking Specialist across our customer-facing Digital & CRM services. If you have been building your career as a Technical (IT) Business Analysis and have solid experience in platform delivery & management, defining integration via APIs and working with systems in cloud environments, this could be the role for you.
As Digital Banking Specialist, you will assist with the implementation of IT business projects through providing business & requirements analysis, API definitions and data flows, and finally some quality assurance testing.
You will interface with the Bank’s business units to ensure that project requirements are fully understood, and work closely with our selected platform partners & vendors, as well as our internal teams, ensuring our services & integrations are continually being enhanced and improved, are remaining supportable, scalable and secure, and are providing our customers with the best user experience.
