Are you passionate about data-driven decision-making and resource optimisation? We are looking for a skilled planner to join our Housing and Business Development Group in a full-time, permanent role.

This position is all about connecting demand forecasting with resource capacity planning, supported by robust business intelligence reporting. You’ll work with a high degree of autonomy, applying advanced analytical skills to deliver accurate forecasts, optimise resource utilisation, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

By delivering accurate forecasts, optimising resource allocation, and creating visibility through BI dashboards, you’ll raise accountability and help teams perform at their best. Your work will directly influence efficiency, quality, and responsiveness across the organisation, making you a key driver of continuous improvement and high performance.

He kōrero mōu – About you

You’ll bring:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in demand planning, forecasting, and resource capacity planning
  • Proficiency with BI tools and ERP systems
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • 3–4 years’ experience in planning/resourcing/logistics or similar
  • A tertiary qualification or equivalent experience

You’ll be confident, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while building strong relationships across the organisation.
