Dealer Principal - Ingham Tauranga
A senior leadership opportunity with one of New Zealand’s established automotive groups.
Ingham is looking for a strong automotive leader to take on the role of Dealer Principal at Ingham Tauranga.
This is a significant leadership opportunity for someone with strong dealership experience, commercial capability and the confidence to lead a complete business. You may already be leading a dealership, or you may be a high-performing General Sales Manager or senior automotive leader ready to take the next step.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Leading and developing a high-performing dealership team
- Driving sales, service and parts performance
- Managing budgets, KPIs and overall profitability
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Building strong manufacturer relationships
- Identifying opportunities for growth and continuous improvement
- Setting clear standards and driving accountability across the business
We’re looking for someone with strong automotive experience, sound commercial judgement and a proven ability to lead people and deliver results.
