Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the financial and operational performance of the dealership.
- Lead the sales, finance, after-sales, and support functions with a strategic and commercially minded approach.
- Drive business development initiatives while maintaining high levels of customer and staff engagement.
- Inspire, coach, and develop high-performing teams across all departments.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, manufacturers, and the wider Ingham network.
What you’ll bring:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in automotive dealership leadership or senior management.
- A proven track record of delivering strong commercial outcomes.
- Confident in managing multi-department operations with a hands-on leadership style.
- Highly skilled in people leadership, team development, and customer experience.
- Strong financial and commercial acumen, with the ability to identify and act on growth opportunities.
- Passionate about representing the Ford brand.
