Daytime caregiving shifts available in Taupo!
Miranda Smith Homecare is looking for experienced, compassionate, and loyal caregivers to provide daytime support to our clients who have made the wonderful decision to remain living in the comfort of her own home.
We are looking to grow our team of cares in Taupo, to help provide one on one support to our clients. While we offer 24/7 care to all clients, we are currently looking for carers who have good availability across the week for mornings or afternoon shifts, or both! In this role you will be providing light home-help support, companionship and personal cares. This is a wonderful opportunity to make a real difference in someone's life. It is truly a rewarding and fulfilling role!
We would love to hear from you if you have had previous care-giving experience. This position would suit someone who is adaptable and willing to work alongside a small and dedicated team. We have a great office based team, including a clinical coordinator and we provide an afterhours service, ensuring both clients and carers have access to support should they need it through any evening/overnight or weekend shifts. Ideal Candidate must have:
- Previous care giving experience including personal cares
- A clean full NZ Driver’s License and your own car
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work legally in New Zealand - having already obtained valid work visas
- A clear background and criminal check
