The Opportunity

Due to continued growth, we are seeking Expressions of Interest from intermediate-level Dairy Consultants to join our team in our Central office, based in Rotorua.

These roles suit consultants who are confident working with dairy clients, but still keen to develop their capability further within a strong team environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Farm systems advice to dairy clients
  • Business performance and planning support
  • Environmental and compliance-focused projects
  • Analysis, modelling and report writing
  • Ongoing client relationship management
  • Project work across industry and agribusiness sectors

What We’re Looking For

  • A tertiary qualification in agriculture or a related discipline
  • 2–5 years’ experience in the dairy sector (or similar capability)
  • Strong dairy farm systems knowledge
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Excel and professional reporting
  • Understanding of environmental regulations in agriculture
  • A practical, client-focused approach and strong communication skills

Desirable:

  • Experience with soil mapping / land resource assessment and GIS
  • Exposure to farm systems modelling or applied project work
