ABOUT THE ROLE:

Reporting to the Managing Director, this permanent, full-time, leadership role will provide strategic direction to a management team of four, three of which are new opportunities within our newly revised structure. You and your team will be responsible for driving demand for Rinnai products across all market segments through the provision of marketing information, collateral, and a customer experience that is second to none. A priority initiative within our ‘call for change’ will be the development and implementation of our ‘Team Rinnai’ strategy. This is a rare opportunity to build a capable team of professionals, deliver on our strategy for the future, and add value in a well-functioning and progressive environment.

Your key areas of responsibility and accountability will be:

● Providing oversight and leadership to the development and execution of marketing, digital, Team Rinnai and customer experience strategies

● Ensuring the strength of the Rinnai brand is amplified and speaks to the key decision makers in the market through innovative advertising and marketing campaigns

● Creating and driving demand for Rinnai products across all market segments

● Market intelligence, analysis, and reporting, that meets the needs of the business and allows us to stay ahead of our competitors

● Strengthening the performance of existing products and providing innovative thinking for marketing future product offerings, including the use of multimedia and digital strategies

● Overseeing the development and implementation of the Team Rinnai model, building on key relationships, and enhancing brand loyalty

● Provision of strong leadership that is motivational and creates pathways of success

TO SUCCEED YOU WILL NEED:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Business/Commerce or similar field is desirable along with a technical degree associated with the building industry
  • A minimum of 4 years’ experience at a marketing leadership level with proven experience in leading the development of innovative strategies
  • Understanding and previous use of digital marketing tools and technology platforms that generate analytics
  • A proficiency in electronic marketing software would be desirable
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills used to promote positive relationships and increase brand loyalty and sales
  • Working knowledge of design thinking and a customer centric organisation
