Customer Services Representative
Are you a motivated, detail‑oriented individual who enjoys working with customers and building strong relationships across the wine industry? In this role, you’ll support the smooth delivery of Yealands wines across both domestic and export markets, ensuring accurate order processing and great customer experiences.
You’ll work closely with internal teams, logistics partners, and key customers to keep distribution running efficiently while upholding process focus
Skills & Experience
Do you have skills and experience in Logistics, Systems Admin, a high level of skill in communicating in English, experience in Sales Order processing, Purchase Orders and Invoicing, and ideally some experience in the Wine Industry?
We’re looking for someone with:
- Experience in Customer Service, Relationship Management, or a similar role — domestic or export wine experience is a bonus.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, Excel, and other technical systems.
- Experience with transaction processing or order management systems.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well across teams and with external partners.
- A positive, collaborative approach.
- Understanding and (ideally) passion for wine.
