About the role:

An exciting opportunity exists for a great communicator to join our customer-focused team in Te Awamutu as a Customer Services Representative.

 Do you want to be part of a successful and growing business that is taking on the world? To join our team you will need to be passionate about the customer experience, proactive in your approach, Microsoft Office proficient and have fantastic problem-solving ability. Naturally you will have excellent communication skills and be able to engage with a wide range of people including our international customers. 

The role is varied and responsibilities will include managing the communication of orders, identifying solutions for customers, answering customer enquiries, supporting our digital team in the ecommerce space, managing registration documentation as well as invoicing and administration duties. 

The Customer Services Manager is also responsible for the Logistics function within the business so there will be opportunities to support this role also.
