We are seeking a customer service superstar to join our Customer Services team based in Palmerston North. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and have strong administration skills, we'd love to hear from you.
This is a 5-month fixed-term full time role through to mid-November 2026, created to support the seasonal increase in customer enquiries following the annual rates notifications.
As a Customer Services Officer, you will be part of the team that serves as the first point of contact for our organisation, providing friendly, efficient, and accurate service to both internal and external customers. You'll work closely with colleagues across Horizons, helping customers access information and services while contributing to a positive customer experience.
This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. From answering rates enquiries and processing requests to assisting customers with topics ranging from flood level information to environmental initiatives, you'll play an important role in supporting our communities across the Horizons Region.
