The Role: We’re seeking an energetic customer service star to excel in a fast-paced food service environment. This part-time position offers 14.5 hours per week with core hours of 9am-2:30pm, Thursday & Friday, and 8am-1pm every Saturday. Expect increased hours during the summer. Commitment to working every Saturday is required.

What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in phone-based customer service is ideal, but we’re eager to speak with candidates from administration, reception, hospitality, food service, or retail backgrounds with outstanding people skills and a readiness to learn.
- Tenacity and problem-solving skills to handle customer inquiries and challenges, sometimes under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn new computer systems.
- Exceptional time management, self-discipline, and organisational skills.
