About The Role
The Customer Service Team Leader will represent the Toyota brand with pride and recognize the importance of being both the voice of Albany Toyota and the voice of the customer. As the Customer Service Team Leader you will have a warm, friendly customer-first approach and a positive attitude to build strong professional relationships. The role is varied and you will need a keen eye for detail as well as the ability to work with different departments such as the Service, Sales and Finance departments. The role is Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week.
