Who are you?
We’re looking for a driven, self-starter to join our Newmarket team. Someone who demonstrates high attention to detail while delivering exceptional customer service and has a genuine desire to help customers and build lasting relationships.
This is a casual/on call role which supports our Newmarket team to deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout employee leave, sickness and busy periods.
As the first point of call for our customers you’ll be confident, have a professional manner and a positive outlook. You will be committed towards putting the needs of our customer first and have natural initiative and the ability to self-manage. The role has lots of variety, between having conversations with our customers about their banking needs, to handling foreign exchange and helping our consultant team.
