Who are you?

We’re looking for a driven, self-starter to join our Nelson team. Someone who demonstrates high attention to detail while delivering exceptional customer service and has a genuine desire to help customers and build lasting relationships.

This is a casual/on call role which supports our Nelson team to deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout employee leave, sickness and busy periods.

The role has lots of variety, between having conversations with our customers about their banking needs, to handling foreign exchange and helping our consultant team.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

  • A genuine desire to help customers
  • The ability to build lasting relationships with customers and your team members
  • A systematic, organised approach to work
  • Experience in a role that requires knowledge across a range of products
  • To be a change agent - someone who thrives in a fast-paced changing environment and actively accepts, embeds and reinforces continuous change
