We are currently on the lookout for a superstar Customer Service Representative to join our fun and vibrant call centre team on a permanent, full-time basis. 

About the role:

The Customer Service Representative will represent the Toyota brand with pride and recognize the importance of being both the voice of Albany Toyota and the voice of the customer. You'll handle incoming and outgoing calls, respond to enquiries, and support our service departments by managing bookings and follow ups. This role is Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week, with no weekend work required unless you would like to join in on some of our awesome community events. We take great pride in the quality of our work, our amazing team has ranked number 1 in New Zealand for data quality across all Toyota stores for 4 consecutive years, reflecting our strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone or email. 
  • Schedule service bookings according to each branches workshop availability.
  • Provide accurate service quotes and timelines.
  • Ensure data quality remains to the highest standard.
  • Complete outgoing calls to customers regarding upcoming service and warrant of fitness expirations on their vehicle. 
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.

About you:

To thrive in this role, you'll bring a genuine passion for customer service and a positive can-do attitude. Previous experience is a bonus, but not essential - we are happy to train the right person! You'll be confident communicating with customers and comfortable picking up the phone to make calls. With strong interpersonal skills, you'll build lasting relationships, contribute to positive business outcomes, and juggle priorities to ensure every customer experience goes above and beyond. 

Skills / Experience:

  • Be motivated with a great work ethic.
  • Proficient data entry.
  • Excellent oral and written communication.
  • Customer focused with a warm and professional manner.
  • Comfortable in providing customer solutions.
  • Ability to perform tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office; Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
  • Experience with TUNZ would be beneficial, but training will be provided.
