We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who thrives on delivering great outcomes, building relationships, and being part of a high-performing team.
About the role
This is a fast-paced, customer-focused role where no two days are the same. You’ll be responsible for managing customer enquiries, supporting sales activity, and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive and lasting impression.
You’ll be someone who enjoys working under pressure, stays organised, and brings a calm, solutions-focused approach — all while maintaining a positive, team-oriented attitude.
What you’ll bring
We’re looking for someone who is motivated, resilient, and genuinely enjoys delivering great service.
You’ll bring:
- At least 2 years’ experience in a customer service and/or sales role
- A proven ability to build relationships, identify opportunities, and upsell within an existing customer base
- Strong communication skills — clear, professional, and confident
- Excellent attention to detail with accurate data entry and record-keeping
- The ability to prioritise, stay organised, and perform in a busy environment
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively across a diverse team
- A passion for food or experience in the food industry (highly regarded)
