The Roles:
We are looking for two Customer Service Representatives to join our vibrant team
1 x Permanent Full-Time Position
- Monday to Friday
- 7:30am – 4:00pm
- Every 1 in 4 Saturdays required
1 x Fixed-Term Full-Time Position (ending July 2026)
- Monday to Friday
- 8:00am – 4:30pm
- Every 1 in 4 Saturdays required
Both roles are 40 hours per week in a busy, fast-paced office environment.

What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but we also welcome candidates from hospitality, retail, administration, or food service backgrounds — what matters most is your passion for helping others and eagerness to learn
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- A solutions-focused mindset and the ability to stay calm during busy periods
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, and the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Strong organisational skills and time management

Skills & Experience
