The Roles:

We are looking for two Customer Service Representatives to join our vibrant team

1 x Permanent Full-Time Position

  • Monday to Friday
  • 7:30am – 4:00pm
  • Every 1 in 4 Saturdays      required

1 x Fixed-Term Full-Time Position (ending July 2026)

  • Monday to Friday
  • 8:00am – 4:30pm
  • Every 1 in 4 Saturdays      required

Both roles are 40 hours per week in a busy, fast-paced office environment.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but we also welcome candidates from      hospitality, retail, administration, or food service backgrounds — what      matters most is your passion for helping others and eagerness to learn
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A solutions-focused mindset and the ability to stay calm during busy periods
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, and the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Strong organisational skills and time management

Skills & Experience
