We’re looking for highly motivated and engaging individual to join our team supporting our Wellington Branch. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be someone who thrives in a challenging fast-paced environment, demonstrates high attention to detail while actively working to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer outcomes.
This is a casual position on an 'as required basis' so you may be called into the branch to cover employee leave, sickness and busy periods of work to meet our customer's needs. .
As the first point of call for our customers, you’ll have excellent communication, a positive outlook and strong sense of integrity. To succeed in this role, you’ll be a personable team player, with the ability to work collaboratively and take the initiative. In line with this, you'll have:
