Bidfresh  Christchurch is after a night shift superstar to join their warehouse and logistics team. 

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Working in an fast paced food service environment based in Christchurch, you will be required to take customers orders,  organise various orders for the packing team. Coordinate delivery dockets for our delivery team. Quality control on key orders.  attention to details is essential. 
 

OFFICE COORDINATOR & DISPATCH ADMINISTRATOR

DUTIES INCLUDE:

- Customer support

- Filling

- keying orders to a high standard 

- Maintain high standards of specific customer requirements

-Understanding of basic food safety, health and safety  

- General Office area cleaning and restocking office supplies

-Checking night shift & morning team delivery run sheets

-Attaching additional information to customers invoices

-issuing customer credits and following product recalls procedures    

Nights of work Sunday to Thursday (with occasional rostered Friday nights )
Hours of work 8:30pm - 5am
