  • Answer customer enquiries (phone & email)
  • Process orders and coordinate deliveries
  • Resolve issues with a positive, solutions‑focused approach
  • Maintain accurate CRM records
  • Support the team with admin tasks

What You'll Bring

  • Customer service or admin experience
  • Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
  • Great attention to detail and multitasking ability
  • Confident with Microsoft Office & CRM systems
  • Can‑do attitude and team focus
  • Bidfood system knowledge - not required but a plus if you do!

Hours

Mon–Fri: 7am–3pm Sat (rotating): 7am–1pm
