About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic team!
In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers — providing exceptional service, resolving enquiries, and ensuring every interaction reflects our company values of professionalism, care, and reliability.
You’ll work closely with our operations, sales, and distribution teams to make sure orders, deliveries, and customer needs are handled efficiently and accurately.
