Are you a people-person who loves delivering great service and working in a fast-paced team environment? We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our friendly team at Bidfood Dunedin.

You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling phone and email orders, answering enquiries, resolving issues, and supporting sales through promotions and outbound calls. Accuracy, clear communication, and a positive attitude are key to success in this role.

What you’ll do:

• Provide exceptional customer      service via phone and email
• Accurately key customer      orders and manage inbox tasks
• Upsell products using      promotions and monthly specials
• Make outbound calls to      support sales growth
• Work closely with your team,      Account Managers, and operations

What we’re looking for:

• Strong communication and      customer service skills
• High attention to detail and      good time management
• Confidence using computer      systems and Microsoft Office
• A team-focused attitude aligned      with our values of Respect, Trust, Loyalty & Integrity

Hours:

• Monday to Friday
• Rostered Saturdays
