Customer Service Representative – Mandarin & Cantonese Support (Work from Home, Evening Hours)
Roster: Sunday to Friday, 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm
Location: Work from Home
Languages: Fluent or good understanding of Cantonese and Mandarin required
Tools of Trade: Laptop, Ubikey, and mobile phone provided

We’re looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative – Mandarin & Cantonese Support to work independently from home during the evening. This role provides essential support outside of our normal business hours, ensuring our Cantonese and Mandarin speaking customers continue to receive outstanding service and assistance when they need it.
About the Role
In this role, you’ll provide friendly and professional customer service to our Asian market customers. You’ll handle incoming orders, answer enquiries, and communicate via WeChat (a must for this role). You’ll also liaise with our internal teams to make sure orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
