As a Casual Customer Service Representative you'll provide valuable support to our Stratford and Inglewood branches, covering planned and unplanned leave. With no fixed hours, you'll enjoy the flexibility of casual, on-call work while making a real difference to our customers and team.

You'll need to be adaptable and available at short notice from time to time, but the good news is your weekends are yours to enjoy.

About the role 

The key objective for this role is to deliver the highest possible standard of quality customer service by assisting customers by delivering our product and services that meet their needs.

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be someone who thrives in a challenging fast-paced environment, demonstrates high attention to detail while delivering exceptional customer service. 

As the first point of call for our customers, you’ll be confident, have a professional manner and positive outlook. Your continuous commitment towards putting the needs of our customers first will set you apart from the rest, and your ability to use initiative and self-manage when required will be second to none. 

In this role, you can expect to:

  • Ensure the highest possible standard of quality customer service is delivered.
  • Adhere to all regulatory and legal compliance requirements.
  • Ensure all security procedures are adhered to, all cash and Bank records are maintained in a secure manner.

We are looking for candidates who have:

  • A genuine desire to help customers.
  • The ability to build lasting relationships with customers and your team members.
  • A systematic, organised approach to work.
  • At least one year's experience in Hospitality or a Retail Customer Service-related position.
  • To be a change agent - someone who thrives in a fast-paced changing environment and actively accepts, embeds and reinforces continuous change.
