About the role
We are looking for a Customer Service star to join our Waitara Branch on a full-time permanent basis.
Who are you?
Based in our busy Waitara Branch, we’re looking for someone who thrives in a challenging and fast paced environment, someone who brings initiative, high attention to detail, exceptional communication, and listening skills.
You’ll be relied upon to self-manage and deliver exceptional customer experiences with a genuine desire to help customers. As the first point of contact for our customers, you’ll need to be confident with a professional demeanour and positive outlook. You’ll stand out from the crowd if you have an unwavering commitment to putting the customer needs first!
In this role, you can expect to:
- Embrace change and act as a change agent.
- Ensure all security procedures are adhered to.
- Adhere to all regulatory and legal compliance requirements
We are looking for candidates who have:
- A systematic, organized approach to work
- At least one year's experience in Hospitality or a Retail Customer Service-related position
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
