Customer Service Representative

We’re currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our National Support Team in Tauranga on a fixed-term basis working 40 hours per week until 30th July 2027. About the Role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll play a key part in supporting our early childhood centres across the country.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to childcare enquiries with warmth and professionalism
- Accurately entering data into our internal systems
- Supporting a range of administration tasks
- Helping streamline processes to ensure everything runs smoothly
What You'll Bring:
- Accurate data entry skills with strong attention to detail
- Confident using MS Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Great organisational skills and the ability to prioritise
- A team player mindset who’s always ready to go the extra mile
