We’re currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our National Support Team in Tauranga on a fixed-term basis working 40 hours per week until 30th July 2027. About the Role:

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll play a key part in supporting our early childhood centres across the country. 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to childcare enquiries with warmth and professionalism
  • Accurately entering data into our internal systems
  • Supporting a range of administration tasks
  • Helping streamline processes to ensure everything runs smoothly

What You'll Bring:

  • Accurate data entry skills with strong attention to detail
  • Confident using MS Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Great organisational skills and the ability to prioritise
  • A team player mindset who’s always ready to go the extra mile
