We are looking for our next customer super star to join our TSB Inglewood team as a part-time Customer Service Representative!
You will be the first point of contact for all new and existing customers with a strong focus on building and maintaining relationships.
Hours for this role will be Monday to Friday, 12:30pm - 4:30pm.
With a passion for customer service, you will be responsible for providing banking solutions and options to help customers achieve their financial goals. A continuous commitment towards putting the needs of our customers first, and your ability to use initiative and self-manage when required, will be critical to your success.

To succeed in this role, you will have:
- At least 1-year previous banking/financial service experience
- Able to pick up new systems, processes quickly
- Enjoy connecting and engaging with people at a variety of levels, providing exceptional service
- Willing to learn and grow in the role
