Are you ready for an exciting new challenge? Do you have a passion for customer service and sales, and love making connections that count? We’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Contact Centre Specialist to join our friendly team at BestStart, based in beautiful Tauranga.
About the role:
In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for families enquiring about our childcare centres. You’ll provide outstanding customer service via phone and email, follow up with potential families, and ensure enquiries are accurately recorded and followed through. This role also includes general administrative support, data entry, and teamwork across departments to support our centres.
